Free Retail Shipping: We are pleased to offer free shipping on retail orders within the U.S. This free shipping is automatically applied at checkout for all orders that meet our company's definition of retail.

Wholesale Orders: Shipping for wholesale orders is subject to a fee. The shipping cost will be calculated based on the weight, dimensions of the package, and the destination, and will be clearly detailed at checkout.

Processing and Delivery Times:

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days.

Once shipped, the estimated delivery time is 1 to 5 business days, depending on the destination.

We will send you a notification with the tracking number once your order has shipped.

No returns: Due to the nature of our products and to ensure the quality and integrity of our inventory, we do not accept returns on any sold items.

No exchanges: We cannot offer exchanges or returns on products.

Damaged or Incorrect Products: We carefully inspect all orders before shipping. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us immediately (within 24 hours of receipt) with your order number and clear photographs of the damage. We will assess the situation and, if it is determined to be our error, we will offer a solution.
